With an appealing and humorous series of television, radio and online advertisements, posters and casino signage, the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission has undertaken an information advertising campaign targeted at high-frequency gamblers.
By highlighting some commonly acknowledged myths and facts about gambling, the multi-media campaign educates Albertans about the need to set time and spending limits and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money.
The campaign’s products include television, radio and online advertising, messaging on the AGLC’s digital signage network in casinos and racing entertainment centres, and washroom posters in VLT retailer outlets.
